4. Structure
Main machine chassis: cantilever-shaped mixing machine chassis, which contains towing pins and parking legs of the truck; the chassis is equipped with the mixing machine, cement and water admixture weighing scale; the surrounding inspection platform and railing are attached.
Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the chassis of the main machine and contains the fully automatic control system of the mixing plant. The control system is the same as that of the fixed mixing plant; the control room is used as the front support point of the whole plant when it is in working condition; the control room is put away in the inner space of the support when it is transferred; all the control lines do not need to be dismantled.
Aggregate batching and metering: This system is located at the back end of the whole plant, the upper part is the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments and equipped with a heightened plate to increase the storage capacity, and the door is opened in pneumatic order. The bottom part is equipped with walking rear axle and working frame legs.
Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structure connecting the chassis of the main machine and the aggregate batching frame, and the belt frame is installed inside; so that the main machine frame, belt frame and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant.
Peripheral parts: cement silo and screw conveyor. The peripheral parts are integral parts no matter working or transporting, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
Mixing machine: Generally, it adopts JS type forced mixer, which can mix liquid and dry concrete quickly and evenly.
