Introduction& Advantages
Self-compacting concrete mobile batch station is suitable for high-speed railway CRTSIII type slab ballastless track special concrete which is a joint research and development of NFLG and the CHINA ACADEMY OF RAILWAY SCIENCES, specially developed and produced for China’s high-speed railway patent technology. The concrete for high-speed railway requires high fluidity, and can be cast flat without extrusion. This requires the mixer for cement production to have accurate measurement, very small deviations, and the ability to measure water content and temperature according to weather conditions. The NFLG self-compacting concrete mobile batch plant fully meets this demand.

Cement metering system

Liquid metering system
intelligent adjustment and controllable qualityEquipped with 1.5m³ water tank and 0.5m³ admixture tank. The specially designed liquid metering system is suitable special working conditions. Automatically realize the functions of over-weighing buckling and missing-weighing adding, timely adjustment, and improve the measurement accuracy.
Aggregate system
no blocking material, high measuring accuracyThere are two 1.2m³ stone storage bins and one 2.5m³ sand storage bin. The small belt dedicated for sand bins with frequency conversion is used to eliminate the difficulty of material blocking and improve the measurement accuracy.
